How to switch Google Workspace licences between different plans

e.g. from Standard to Starter and vice versa

To assign a different Google Workspace licence to a user, follow the procedure I demonstrate in this video.

Access the Google Workspace Console > Users Menu > select the User > Licences

Please note: when a Google Workspace licence is changed, all Console administrators will be notified of the downgrade or upgrade in features (AI integration with Workspace apps and storage space).
